Applied Skills & Knowledge, Inc. was formed in 1999 by Paul Squires, Ph.D. for the purpose of helping organizations manage and improve the skills and knowledge of their workforce through the use of exceptional measurement tools. AS&K's industrial psychologists, business process analysts, and human resources professionals have assisted organizations large and small, public and private, to use better measurement to achieve their goals.
