Dr. Smither is a Senior Consultant and manages or oversees design and development of the major projects at AS&K. As a professor, Dr. Smither is a tenured faculty member of the Management Department at La Salle University. Before joining AS&K, Dr. Smither was Senior Manager in corporate human resources for AT&T where he was responsible for developing and validating selection programs for management-level positions. He has consulted in human resources and leadership development with organizations in a variety of industries such as telecommunications, semiconductor, accounting, airline, consumer products, aerospace, financial, packaging, casino, health care, and education.
