Mr. Harris is Director of Operations with experience at both AS&K and AT&T's Sourcing & Selection, and Business Effectiveness divisions.  He ensures the effective design, construction, delivery and support for tests, surveys, and online services for AS&K clients.  Rob has worked with clients on projects including job analyses, 360 surveys, employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, employment tests, assessment centers and data analysis and reporting.  His research has been presented at numerous conferences and published in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology.  Rob graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Psychology from The College of New Jersey (Trenton State University) and from Montclair State University with a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
