AS&K’s instructional designers work closely with our measurement experts to ensure that the training we deliver is job related, appropriately challenging, and serves as a comprehensive job aid after the training is completed. AS&K’s training design approach focuses on measurable performance improvement and includes diagrams, pictures, practice exercises, FAQs, glossaries, and troubleshooting guides. AS&K recommends waiver tests to ensure the right people are taking the training and mastery tests to inform the trainee of progress toward mastery. Mastery tests also enable evaluation of the effectiveness of the training.
AS&K recommends and assists organizations to measure training effectiveness using any or all of Kirkpatrick’s four levels of training evaluation.
